Welcome to T.R.A.P. Online Boot Camp

A virtual hip hop aerobics experience led by certified personal trainer and certified aerobics instructor, Coach Ant of ICER Fitness. Each 45-minute session blends rhythm, sweat, and results—built for fat-burning, energy-boosting, body-sculpting movement you can do from anywhere with just Wi-Fi and an email.

T – Training

We move with purpose. Each class is packed with high-intensity, beat-driven exercises like jabs, kettlebell swings, shuffle squats, jump rope, and wall sits to build strength, shred fat, and skyrocket stamina.

R – Recovery

We train hard—but we recover smart. Expect cooldowns, breathing work, and mobility movements to help your body bounce back stronger, session after session.

A – Apply

What you learn here sticks with you. From better form to better habits, our sessions teach you how to move right, eat smart, and stay consistent beyond the screen.

P – Progress

We track growth you can see and feel. Every sweat-drenched rep pushes you forward. You’ll move better, feel lighter, and gain the confidence that comes with real, measurable results.

CLASS SCHEDULE

All classes are held live through Google Meet and follow a hip hop aerobics format with high-energy movements led to the rhythm of the beat. Every session is $12 and designed to turn your workout into a full-blown party—whether you’re in your living room, on vacation, or wherever you’ve got Wi-Fi. I’m your host, Coach Ant, and I’ll guide you from start to finish through a fitness experience like you’ve never felt before.

Monday-Friday

12:00 p.m. - 12:45 p.m.

4:45 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.

6:00 p.m. - 6:45 p.m.

7:15 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Saturday–Sunday

10:00 a.m. - 10:45 a.m

11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

1:00 p.m. - 1:45 p.m.

2:30 p.m. - 3:15 p.m.

Class Rate:

$12 per class – 45 minutes of beat-driven, fat-burning, full-body movement.
